Resources
Testconsult employ 30 staff at our headquarters located in Warrington. We have a diverse range of Engineers and Technicians ranging from Mechanical Engineers to Metallurgists and Electronics Engineers to Environmental scientists. We have a small dedicated team who specialise in instrumentation services within the structural department.
Mechanical Design and Manufacture
Test consult has a small in-house mechanical manufacturing resource. Mechanical design is carried out using AutoCAD 2007 and to ISO EN 9001. Mechanical assembly of parts is carried out entirely in-house.
Electrical Design and Manufacture
We have electronic manufacturing facilities enabling us to produce monitoring systems using the most effective method. Our ability to manufacture our own electronic parts means that we are able to find the best and most cost effective solution for monitoring systems.
Software
Testconsult use a variety of software depending on the requirement of the monitoring system. Dasylab is used extensively on our PC based systems. As a software design tool we are able to produce bespoke systems in the shortest possible time and avoid operational bugs that may delay rollout. Testconsult use Dasylab on monitoring projects where the user needs to be able to see the data live or the data needs to be manipulated before it can be interpreted.
Web Design
Testconsult have for over 15 years designed, developed and hosted a secure website called www.testresult.co.uk to which live data can be uploaded from monitoring systems and accessed by clients from their PC.
