Advertising

Problem – hassle, irritation and stress caused by recruitment agencies phoning in, the Solution – DATS advertise and protect the client from the public arena.  DATS would provide a low level resourcing service with an ‘open policy’ approach.  The client would provide the advert and DATS would post on various recruitment websites forwarding all responses directly to the client. DATS would not have spoken to any of the potential candidates.  An administration fee would be agreed prior to advertising the role.

Resourcing

Same as Advertising but with additional resourcing advice/filtering CVs per role.  DATS would provide a consultant to work for 3 days alongside client HR, or offsite if preferred, and would assist in writing the spec/CV and shortlisting candidates.  Again, DATS would not have spoken to any of the candidates.  The administration fee would be slightly higher than Advertising.

Psychometric/Behavioural Testing

Same as Advertising and Resourcing with the addition of psychometric and behavioural testing.  We recommend this is used for 3-5 shortlisted candidates in middle tier roles.  The administration fee would be slightly higher than Resourcing.
