We are based in Rugby but we are happy to undertake projects throughout the
country. We have a skilled workforce of 60 and a wide variety of equipment to enable
us to carry out all manner of fitting, precision machining to high tolerances, fabrication
and equipment reconditioning processes including rebushing,• wear insert plates,
weld rebuilding including coded welding, and remetallising/plating.
We are BSEN ISO 9001 :2000 accredited, we have extensive design knowledge in
product design, general mechanical design, special purpose machine design,
aerospace test rigs and fixtures, tooling design and BNV.
We use solidworks 30/2D-Catia V5 30/20, Autocad 20 and Oelcam.
With both manual and CNC machines and a flexible workforce working around the
clock on urgent jobs the business supports a wide and diverse clientele
