cda is a medium sized, privately owned consultancy specialising in working with clients to deliver improvements in performance through people.  The business was established in 1993 and over the last 15 years we have worked with a wide range of prestigious public and private sector clients.

We bring a range of innovative ideas and tools and have developed new approaches and applied them successfully to deliver real business benefit.  We are focused on continuous improvement.  Our approach to client management is centred around delivering improvement and value for money by seeking and utilising feed back on project performance.  We are an ethically-driven business.  Our corporate values are the cornerstone of our operating style and reinforced through our business processes.  We add value by offering a range of experience gained in the private sector, combined with a proven ability to consult in the public sector.

We employ a number of occupational psychologists in our team of consultants and we use psychometric tools in a number of applications on behalf of our clients.  Most of our team are BPS Level B and/or NLP qualified.

We have also developed our own (BPS Level B accredited) personality profiling tool - cdaq.  This brings together new ideas from MLP and cognitive psychology to offer a new perspective on the way that people understand information, make decisions and relate to each other.  We often embed psychometric techniques into our senior management programmes as  part of the approach to self awareness.

We also have a number of professional organisational development consultants within the business which helps us to craft programmes that fully integrate with HR systems of the client organisation to provide long term sustainability.  This team has developed a number of complementary tools include cdasurvey (a culture survey tool) and cdafeedback (a 360 tool).
