Logical Resources Trades Limited are a provider of Manpower to the Construction, Energy, Security and Logistics sectors. LR Trades provide suitably qualified professionals to these areas and select, screen, reference and manage all workers on our client sites.
We have a specialist construction maintenance division in the business and pride ourselves on customer service and have a strong database of good quality candidates on a national and local basis. Our knowledge and candidate database have been an integral part of our success on our contracts. All of our consultants have at least 8 years experience in this environment so fully understand what is expected on these contracts and strive to provide the best service possible.
Shutdowns, general maintenance, new build, and alterations can all be covered with our manpower. We have experience covering all vetting requirements (SC, DV, Sellafield, Magnox, BE etc) and providing Suitably Qualified Experienced Personnel to site. All qualifications tickets and experience are checked before they are placed onto our database and we monitor all expiry dates. Many of our candidates have worked with us for many years and we have created core gangs that work for us consistently. We understand timescales involved in projects, the importance and fines often associated with late delivery and offer complete managed services where applicable.
Often we work with our clients senior management forecasting labour provisions and allowing costs to be agreed from the start. However we can provide a service for short and long term, contingency and emergency requirements.
Payments and rates can be set through rate books or negotiated independently Currently we work with JIB, CIJC, OCA, NAECI, TICA, etc and whilst appreciating the complexities involved within the payments structures we control all the process making sure it is correct. Working within such sensitive heavily unionised environments we really understand how important this is to prevent IR.
Logical Resources Trades have been awarded the IIP (Investors in People) accreditation and have been awarded ISO 9001 certification. Our commitment to both client and worker enables us to grow relationships and provide a professional service to both. We feel that in our market the commitment to the worker is overlooked and we focus on selecting and retaining only the best candidates.
We take two separate client references for each and every worker and, where required, check all their certification, insurances and suitability for work. We have recently piloted a SQEP (Suitably Qualified and Experienced Professional) pack for candidates in the Nuclear market which hold all previous experience, a copy of their identification and tickets which we have provided to clients before starting an assignment, something we intend to rollout to other sectors within the Year.
