Resourcing - A function which supports the consulting team when additional manpower or niche skills may be required for certain projects. Resourcing or manpower substitution as its known in MoD is heavily utilised by scom's clients. As an international organisation with a 30 Year history, our database exceeds 250'000 CV's and due to our security status and the organisations we work with most will have security clearance (up to DV level). Skills cover functional & technical areas and are contracted on a "time & materials" basis.
