The word Alatheia is from Greek mythology and was regarded to be the spirit of truth, truthfulness and sincerity. In keeping with our name, the Alatheia Method starts by finding the true capabilities of a client organisation in order to best understand whether a company can deliver a potential contract that they are bidding for.
Many of our clients find that the Alatheia Capability Assessment alone a key tool in developing their businesses and often carry out this work without a particular contract in mind. Working together we are able to develop a profile of contracts that a particular business is best able to pitch for and win.
The Capability Assessment also allows us to focus on key areas of Business Development for our clients, which can include the development of accredited ISO certified management systems, IT Infrastructure and business process management systems.
