Recent Design Service Alliance Workshop - updated
On 1st and 3rd June, Sellafield Ltd held two Design Service Alliance [DSA] Industry Open Days. These open days, in workshop format, were aimed at introducing the supply chain to the concept of the Sellafield Ltd DSA.
Specifically for the procurement of Design and Engineering Services, Sellafield Ltd aims to implement a change to its current working arrangements and the concept of the Design Services Alliance has been developed specifically to allow for collaborative working between Sellafield Ltd and members of the supply chain.
Sellafield Ltd has identified a list of key features and we will aim to encompass these in a DSA arrangement so that, over a longer term, our projects are delivered efficiently, under budget and time, with incentivisation arrangements for the benefit of both Sellafield Ltd and supply chain organisations.
Feedback from the workshops has now been collated and is summarised in the attached presentation.
