CTM Tier 3 and 4 Involvement in CTM Tender Opportunities

If you are a Tier 3 or Tier 4 supplier and would like to be involved in Sellafield Ltd tenders, advertised in Complete Tender Management (CTM), this is the process you need to follow;

  1. Register your company with CTM
  2. Monitor Public Projects via your CTM homepage, remember to change the dropdown on Public Projects from Local to ALL – this will show the full list of opportunities from Sellafield, Magnox and LLW Repository.
  3. Click on the title of any tender of interest.
  4. Click Accept to express an interest then review the tender information to confirm you are able to supply part of the scope. Whatever the outcome of your review, cancel your expression of interest, by clicking the appropriate tab, to let the tender owner know you will not be submitting a quotation.
  5. If you can supply a partial scope populate this spreadsheet with your details, and send to csas@sellafieldsites.com.
  6. Commercial Systems Application Support (CSAS) will maintain a spreadsheet with all these Tier 3 / 4 details and arrange publishing in the Commercial Opportunities area of the Sellafield website.
This information is then available for Tier 2 suppliers to review and contact you directly.
