We have now implemented this approach for commissioning roles in BEP/BEPPS DIF and most recently Project Management and we will bring you updates on this shortly.
An essential part of operating our site is working within uncertainties, at project, programme and enterprise level. Risk management is a structured process for analysing uncertainty, preparing effectively to lessen the impact on the business and using the information to make better decisions. We support every element of the business, from facilitating workshops to running models to forecast cost and schedule outturns.
We have a number of opportunities available and are inviting people to express an interest if they are interested in working in the Risk Profession. The release of individuals will be driven by business need.
From mid-May, we are inviting people to express an interest in the roles which are available. The roles are for internal applicants only and OPMS will be the mechanism used to apply for the roles.
These Expressions of Interest requests will provide further details of the job descriptions, experience and skills required for the roles and other important information. If you require further information you can contact named members of the Risk Profession as per contact details on the Expression of Interest itself.
It is important to note that these opportunities are sideways moves only. The roles are Band 3B, 4A, 4B & 4C.
We have briefed the Unions and local management on this and will continue to engage with them.
The Risk Management Team are running some drop-in sessions where interested individuals can come along to find out more information about the roles.
