Database registration

Please complete the following fields. Those marked with an asterisk * are mandatory. Once you have finished please read the Disclaimer, and check the box at the end of this form. Once you click on the Save button, your details are submitted for authorisation to Sellafield Ltd. You will receive an e mail confirmation that your entry has been received, sent to the address you entered on the form.

When your submission is accepted, you will receive a username and password by e mail. This allows you to access your entry and edit your details in the future. To log on and edit your entry, please go to the Database Registration page, where you will find a link called "Edit your details"

You can upload your company logo, which will be displayed on your details page in the database. Just browse to a copy of your logo on your system, and click on it. Please ensure it is in either JPEG or GIF format.

If you have an online verion of your company brochure that you would like users of the database to have direct access to from your details page, please enter the full web address which would take them directly to it.
