Sellafield Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of British Nuclear Fuels plc (BNFL). BNFL is subject to the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The Act places requirements on public authorities, such as BNFL, relating to the provision and disclosure of information
