Job Description:
Civil / Structural Engineers – Management of Civil Infrastructure £38k - £52k
Civil Engineers are central in teams involved in the full life cycle of infrastructure asset management. Your role will be to manage the essential civil engineering infrastructure of a nuclear site that is in size equivalent to that of a medium sized town, you will:
- provide a key link in safe operations
- plan long term development
- manage capital expenditure
- act as client for design and construction
- ensure effective inspection and maintenance of the civil engineering asset to satisfy regulator and operational demands.
The following attributes are sought:
- Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer or approaching chartered status. Ideally with civil / structural background gained in nuclear, chemical, or heavy industrial environment.
- Ideally with civil infrastructure experience.
- Effective management ability
