Incident Reports

Whilst walking between buildings in the active area, an individual tripped over a kerb and suffered a fractured elbow. A safety inspector has visited the scene of the accident and found there to be no workplace contribution to the injury, as the kerb, road and footpath are in good order.

However the nature of the injury the individual received means that the event is reportable as a major injury under RIDDOR.
