Holidays
In addition to 8 Public Holidays, you'll be entitled to 25.5 days' holiday per annum, rising to 28.5 and 32.5 with ten and twenty years' service respectively. We also offer accrued days and for some employees, flexitime arrangements.

Bonus Payments
You'll also be eligible to participate in our Bonus Scheme, which is based on achieving targets linked to the business plan and will be explained to you in more detail on entry.

Pension Scheme
On joining us, you'll automatically become a member of the Combined Nuclear Pension Plan (CNPP). Our contractual retirement age will be 65 from 1st October 2006 onwards.
