Driving on to the four square mile site at Sellafield in my first morning in the job I was, I think it’s fair to say, a little nervous! After a couple of days of induction and safety training I met the team I would be working with, who provide design support to the operation of the Magnox reprocessing plant.
Currently, I am working on several projects all of which impact on the operating plant. The projects I’m undertaking are varied which is great because you get to learn and gain knowledge of lots of different areas of the site and of chemical engineering.
