Process
Our application process is really simple. Here's how it works:
Online application
Simply complete and email the form to us. Competition is fierce and we operate on a first come first served basis, so it pays to get your entry in now.
Online testing
If you meet our minimum criteria you'll complete an online aptitude test. These are numerical and verbal reasoning assessments and take around 40 minutes.
Telephone interview
After achieving the required score on the aptitude test you'll take part in a telephone interview that lasts approximately 1 hour. This focuses on your personal competencies and career aspirations.
Assessment Centre
If your telephone interview is successful we'll invite you to an Assessment Centre where you'll take part in a range of exercises to show us how you'll behave in various situations. The feedback on our Assessment Centres has been excellent - our graduates really seem to get a lot out of them. It's the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other a little better too.
The job offer
When you've successfully completed the assessment centre your details will be passed to one of our site based Graduate Recruitment Co-ordinators. With all of the information that we've gathered they'll be perfectly placed to find the ideal opportunity for someone with your skills. They'll arrange for you to visit the appropriate site, have a look around, meet the team and chat to other recent graduate recruits.
The start date
The start date for the 2012 intake will be Monday 1 October 2012.
