Vic Carlill is the Executive Director of the Transformation team at Sellafield Ltd; this includes Business Improvements, Knowledge Management and Intellectual Property activities.
Vic joined the Company in 2005 and has operated in a number of leadership roles in the Commercial Directorate. He has previously worked in several senior Operational and Commercial roles at BAE Systems and British Aerospace.
He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has also obtained an MBA at the University of Hull.
